Lonely Island

It was low season in Uganda when I spent six days alone on Bushara, a small island in the middle of picturesque Lake Bunyonyi. The place was perfect for forgetting time and savoring the idle life. My daily routine was reduced to elementary activities: bathing in the cool lake, walking in the eucalypts grove, watching birds on the shore or simply enjoying the meditative view of one of the many surrounding micro-islands.
